Titans are the climbers who capture our imagery. Some of them are local guides, and others are just bad ass climbers. They are capturing imagery that has never been taken before, and so we gave them an equally epic name. Anyone can become a Titan, as long as they love climbing and money. Just register below and tell us about yourself - interesting stuff like your favorite mountain, and what your mom calls you when she's angry.
who want to change the way you see mountains through our 360 degree climbing experience. The idea started last year when Mike was climbing in the Andes. As he was preparing to climb Illimani, he was nervous about a section called the Stairway to Heaven. He wanted to see the trail beforehand, but nothing online really helped. After summiting, he decided to put the trail online himself, so that no one would have the same problem again. But to do it, he needed someone with a technical background.
A month later, Mike met a baby-faced engineer named Javi in Brazil during the World Cup. Impressed by Mike’s mountain adventures, Javi hooked Mike up with a ticket to the USA game. After the crushing loss, the two sad fans sulked their way to Bob’s Burgers in Barra, Salvador. Amidst tears and bland beef, Javi and Mike sowed the seed that would become Trail Titans.
